A work breakdown structure or WBS is a tree structure, that permits summing of subordinate costs for tasks, materials, etc., into their successively higher level “parent” tasks, materials, etc. It is a fundamental tool commonly used in project management and systems engineering

The subordinartes of Wedding Preparation are Planning under it are Planning, Budgeting,Coordination next is Food under it are Menu, Shopping list, Cooking, and serving. then the Room/Guest equipment under are Site/Room, Tables/ Chairs, Settings/Utensils and decoration. other subordinates are Guess under it are the Guess list, Name Tags, Special Needs, next is Staff under it are the shoppers, Cooks, servers, Host, Clean up. and last subordinates is Speakers under it are the Invites, Transport, Coordinate, and closing remarks.
